Individual Therapy
It may be best to seek therapy if you are often unhappy or feel overwhelmed and
hopeless about issues in your life. Therapy can also help if you cannot focus on work or
school, experience addiction, or feel like hurting yourself or someone else. My therapy
style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.
Couples Therapy
So many couples and families today are dealing with personal issues that spill over into their current or prospective relationships. My goal is to partner and aid my patients in their wellness journey. Educate them on lifelong techniques of identifying their cognitive patterns, the influence these patterns have in their lives, and how best to take care of their mental health.
Youth Counseling
I have teamed with healthcare professionals to assist children impacted by sexual or
physical abuse. I have provided therapy to child victims referred by Child Protective
Services, assisted with forensic interviews, including intake services, interviewing
non-offending caregivers, and helping with victims as needed. Currently a clinical team
member in the Pediatric Psychiatry Department at a level one trauma center.

Hello, I am Delia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in anxiety, depression, grief counseling and trauma with both individuals, couples and families. Above everything else, I believe that everybody, anywhere, deserves to live a happy and healthy life. A life beyond the grips of anxiety, tortures of depression, and trauma. A life full of productivity and filled with laughter. When this is not so, as often is the case in our lives, I am always driven by compassion to help the individual, whether a friend or a stranger, carry the burden.
